Our Services

We offer a wide range of primary care services through telemedicine, and in person including wellness exams, women's health, men's health, weight loss, DOT physicals, immigration physicals, sport and employment physicals and much more. Our goal is to provide personalized care that meets the unique needs of each patient.
We provide telehealth visit, mobile visits (home visits) and in office visits.

Meet Our Providers
Lucretia Martin -Josephs is the founder and CEO of Alpha Health and Wellness. She is an experienced board-certified family medicine nurse practitioner. Lucretia obtained her Masters in Nursing Science from Brenau University. She is committed to delivering the best care to you and your family and to build long-lasting relationships with her patients based on mutual trust and respect. She has over 13 years as a nurse working in LTC, oncology, primary care, pain management, cardiology and orthopedic and spine. She has over 25 years in healthcare. Lucretia is originally from Trinidad and Tobago and she believes in not only giving her patients pharmaceutical treatment but also natural remedies as well. She is very compassionate about caring for patients and treat them all like family.

An enrollment fee of $100 will cover your initial onboarding and your membership through the month of enrollment.
WE DO ASK FOR A 3 MONTH COMITTMENT. If you no longer want to be a member we ask that you give us a month notice in writing.
We do not currently accept insurance. We are a cash based clinic.

Limited Patient Rosters
Our providers are limited to only a few hundred patients at a time so that we can better devote ourselves to your care. HOW DO YOU FEEL ABOUT HAVING DIRECT ACCESS TO YOUR PROVIDER????
No Fees For Office Visits
Wellness and sick visits are included in your membership and we will do everything in our power to schedule appointments as soon as possible. APPOINTMENTS ARE SAME DAY OR NEXT DAY.
Extended Office Visits
WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME YOU FELT HEARD AND NOT RUSHED BY YOUR PROVIDER???? Good healthcare takes time, which is why you will never be rushed through your appointment. Office visits can last anywhere from 30-45 minutes. HOW ABOUT THAT??!!!
We offer sick visits starting at $99 for adults and $69 for children 12-17 years of age.
